Erin PT, DPT, CAFS
Dr. Erin is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and advanced training in both pelvic health and sports performance. With over six years of clinical and leadership experience, she has worked across diverse settings—including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health—serving populations ranging from pediatrics to elite athletes.
Dr. Erin has led a multidisciplinary team supporting collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes, delivering evidence-based performance and recovery programs. Her clinical background includes extensive work with active-duty military, pelvic health patients, and individuals recovering from neurological and orthopedic injuries.
A passionate educator and advocate for lifelong learning, she has developed training programs for fellow clinicians, presented at national athletic conventions, and volunteered in community initiatives supporting Parkinson’s disease and pediatric therapy. Dr. H. holds multiple advanced certifications, including APTA Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2, Male Pelvic Health, and the Certificate of Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Erin is a proud mother of two sets of twins and enjoys spending her free time outdoors—especially hiking and paddle boarding.
